5. Harbhajan Slaps Sreesanth :-

Sreesanth has been involved in controversies, including an alleged slapping incident with Harbhajan Singh.
Although the slap was not witnessed, it led to a 12-match ban for Harbhajan and required judicial intervention. Sreesanth’s reaction was widely publicised.
In 2008, during the inaugural season of the Indian Premier League, Harbhajan Singh was involved in a controversial incident were he slapped Sreesanth after the match between Mumbai Indians vs Kings XI Punjab. The incident, known as “Slap-gate” led to widespread criticism and Harbhajan Singh suspension from the tournament. Sreesanth was seen crying after the incident, and Harbhajan Singh has since admitted his mistake and apologised for his actions.

Sreesanth’s career fade out – What actually happened to Sreesanth ?
On 13 September 2013, Sreesanth and Ankit Chavan were banned for life by BCCI’s disciplinary committee. In July 2015, he was acquitted in the spot-fixing case. On 18 October 2017, Kerala high court restored the life ban on Sreesanth.

4. Kieron Pollard does not like Australians :-

Pollard and Watson were involved in a verbal altercation during a match between Rajasthan Royals.
Pollard sledged Watson while bowling, leading to umpires intervening. When Watson was dismissed by Pollard. Pollard celebrated exuberantly.
Later, Watson retaliated with words while Pollard was fielding, resulting in Rahul Dravid’s intervention. This incident intensified the rivalry between Pollard and Watson.

3. Shane Warne and Sourav Ganguly have a controversial encounter :-

DuringĀ  the inaugural IPL match, Ganguly’s request for an umpire review after a catch by Graeme Smith angered Shane Warne, as Warne felt that Ganguly’s behaviour was against the spirit of the game because players are not allowed to ask for the umpire. Despite the favourable decision, Ganguly was out the following over, but Warne criticised Ganguly’s actions post-match.

2. Kieron Pollard reacts insanely to scare Mitchell Starc :-

Pollard is known worldwide as an explosive batsman and aggressive player. During Indian premier league seven, he had an altercation with Mitchell Starc after Starc made comments following a bouncer.

Pollard then pulled out of a delivery, but Starc continued to bowl, leading Pollard to throw his bat in anger, fortunately missing Starc. Chris Gayle intervened to calm Pollard, while Starc walked away Smiling.

Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir, both aggressive Delhi-born captains and former Indian cricketers, had an on-field altercation during an IPL match. Kohli hit consecutive sixes off Pradeep Sangwan before being dismissed. Gautam Gambhir and the KKR team celebrated emphatically, leading to an exchange of words and a heated argument between Gautam Gambhir and Virat Kohli. Both players were later fined for their behaviour, making it a significant talking point of the entire season.
